Meet the Staff

IBC Ministerial Alliance

Elder James O. Holley, Jr. is the Assistant Pastor, and the lead servant of the Ministerial Alliance. He joined Innovation Baptist Church in 2010, and was appointed to serve as Assistant Pastor in July 2011.

Elder Holley is the founder and author of SOHL Weekly Ministry Meditations, which is a weekly meditation designed for single men and women. Visit the website at www.sohlmeditations.com.

Sister Sandra Hargrett is the administrator for the church. She has been a member since the inception of Innovation Baptist Church, serving on the Christian Women Fellowship Ministry. Ms. Hargrett always has a smile on her face, and plays a vital role in all of the church daily activities.

Sister Cheryle Readus is the office manager/receptionist and is your first point of contact pertaining to Innovation's administrative affairs. She leads the Helping Hands/Greeters Ministry.
