In January, 1997 Elder Jack P. Leland, Sr. became Pastor of Innovation Baptist Church. Since then he has initiated several outreach ministries and programs that focus on serving the entire community and ministering to the whole man.
His vision is to make a difference in our communities through witnessing to the lost and offering a place of comfort for those in need.
Pastor Leland has been a trailblazer since the inception of Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship in 1994. In 2001, he was recognized as the Full Gospel Pastor of the Year for the State of Florida. He is currently serving as District Overseer for the Northwest District of Florida, and is the State Recruiter for the State of Florida.
He is a pastor of pastors and a spiritual father to several sons and daughters in the ministry. They are currently serving in significant roles in the Kingdom throughout the nation. Pastor Leland is a man of God that does not just talk the talk but also exudes the Spirit of Excellence with a Christ-like attitude. He is a man that represents the Lord in word and deed.
