Innovation Baptist Church Young Adult Ministry is building future leaders in Christ, willing and able to go out into the world and draw in the saved and unsaved. Innovation #Y.A.M. will serve as pillars in the community, mentors to the youth, motivation one to another. The #Y.A.M. will help strengthen the foundational blocks already set forth by the church.

Our mission is to serve and assist young adults in gaining a better understanding of God's Word and God's Will, while applying His principles to everyday life.

The vision of our young adult ministry is to unite, develop and educate our young adults on the importance and benefits of maintaining an active relationship with Christ. Through principles of the word, service and worship, we'll identify and address their spiritual needs while creating avenues to glorify God and exemplify Christian kindness to the community.
